Disappointed this was frozen when I picked it up. Also it was tan colored, not as pictured. Perhaps that was due to freezing. Also, this is thin since it is not cultured as we are used to in commercial buttermilk. Recipes turned out different in texture. Perhaps adding an extra egg in baked goods would solve the problem of being too crumbly.
