Tasting notes: This Coffee has a dominant chocolate characteristic, hints of fruit, pleasant acidity and a clean finish.

This fine coffee is produced by Finca Triunfo Verde Sociedad Civil, a fair-trade and organic certified coop located within the buffer zone of El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve. The coop wad founded in 2001 and contains 262 members and lies in the highlands of the Sierra Madre de Chiapas. The reserve contains Mesoamericas largest continuous cloud forest, and serves as a refuge to thousand of plant and animal species.
All coffees will be roasted 24-48 hours before pick-up and packaged whole bean (unground) in a specially made compostable craft paper coffee bag lined with a Earthfirst PLA film made with Ingeo.
