The Sul de Minas is a co-op that was formed in the early 90's with the intent of improving the lives of the small family farmers. Since its inceptions, the co-op has made great strides to educate the growers on how to sustainably improve consistency and quality to help insure higher prices for there product.
All coffees will be roasted 24-48 hours before pick-up and packaged whole bean(unground) in a specially made compostable craft paper coffee bag lined with a Earthfirst PLA film made with Ingeo.

Tasting notes: This is a very juicy coffee, exhibiting flavors ranging from blueberry, cranberry, rhubarb, lemon, lime with a nice floral aroma.

Geribichu Lela is a sub-coop of the Sidamo Coffee Farms Cooperative Union, which is fair trade and Organic Certified. Geribichu coop consists of around 1000 mostly small farms.

Tasting notes: This Coffee has a dominant chocolate characteristic, hints of fruit, pleasant acidity and a clean finish.

This fine coffee is produced by Finca Triunfo Verde Sociedad Civil, a fair-trade and organic certified coop located within the buffer zone of El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve. The coop wad founded in 2001 and contains 262 members and lies in the highlands of the Sierra Madre de Chiapas. The reserve contains Mesoamericas largest continuous cloud forest, and serves as a refuge to thousand of plant and animal species.
