CLUB MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
MOOGRASS FARMS INC. PRIVATE ILLINOIS FARM FOOD CLUB
The farmer is responsible for:
- Refrigeration of Dairy Products awaiting pick-up
- Processing of Dairy Products
- Daily care, feeding, milking, etc. of animals
The MooGrass Farms Inc. provides:
- Transportation to pick up Dairy Products
- Containers/lids for the Dairy Products
- Cold storage until pick up
Additional Information:
- MooGrass Farms holds the highest quality standards for all its products.
- The Animal’s, Equipment and Facilities are cared for in a sanitary manner.
- Our own Family’s drink our raw milk and products.
- MOOGRASS FARMS (THE CLUB) WILL NOT be held responsible for Club members handling of Raw Dairy after it leaves our premises.
As a sovereign person (persons), attest that as a member of this CLUB I Unconditionally accept all that is written in this PRIVATE CLUB AGREEMENT herein: I insist and demand that my food: 1) is untouched and unexposed to any industrially produced cleanser, antiseptic or detergent, including bleaches, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal; 2) is untouched by any gases from (1) above, including but not limited to chloroform; 3) preferably contain microbes, including but not limited to salmonella, E.coli, campylobacter, listeria, gangrene, and parasites; 4) eggs are completely un-refrigerated and unwashed from the chicken; 5) including but not limited to meats, milk, fresh vegetables, eggs, cheeses and fruit juices are not subjected to temperatures above 99 degrees Fahrenheit nor exposed to radiation. Consumption of all Private Club Products herein products are consumed at the Private Club Member herein member(s) own risk. MOOGRASS FARMS PRIVATE FARM FOOD CLUB herein Club or any of the Clubs Board members, Management, Suppliers, Farms or Farmers will not be held liable for any and all adverse reactions or reactions to any and all products that are consumed or used by any and all Club member(s). Any and all responsibility and liability for any and all members products and the use or of those products once the member takes possession fall solely on the Club member(s) or that person(s). Any and all sharing, distribution and use of the Clubs products by Club members to none Club members or person(s) is prohibited; and all responsibility and liability for these actions fall solely on the Club member or person(s). I fully understand that this different paradigm of food standards opposes governmental standards for food preparation, storage and safety. As a member of this CLUB, I fully trust the board members and managers of this CLUB to properly oversee and manage the preparation, handling, and packaging of the food in this CLUB, including, but not limited to, raw meat, raw eggs, raw produce, raw juices, raw dairy, raw cheese, raw dairy products, cold-pressed oils, unheated honey, and prepared raw foods, exactly as they see proper and fit for better quality and health. Furthermore, I fully accept and agree to all of the covenants and responsibilities as a member of this CLUB, including: 1) I understand that only CLUB members may pick up orders and therefore, I will not send my friends, family or associates to pick up my order(s) unless they are also a member of the CLUB (married couples may participate on the same membership as long as both partners present their information and enter into this agreement); 2) I will place orders within the appropriate times and dates as determined by the appointed member(s) of this CLUB; 3) I will pickup my orders within the appropriate times, on the appropriate days, and at the appropriate locations as determined by the appointed member(s) of the CLUB; 4) I understand that failure to pickup my order within appointed pickup times may result in a forfeiture of my order, in which case no credit(s)/refund(s) will be given to me; 5) I understand and agree that failure to fulfill my responsibilities as a member of this CLUB, or failure to abide by the covenants herein, or failure to abide by this agreement may result in a review and possible termination of my membership, in which cases no credit(s)/refund(s) will be given; 6) I understand that all the glass jars, caps, lids and containers are property of the club and its members for use to transport our club products, therefore the club needs these to be returned rinsed with hot water only with the lids off on a weekly basis for reuse. I accept and appreciate the building structures that exist on the property(s) for this CLUB. They do not cause any impairment to food safety or quality, and help keep costs lower for obtaining my preferred food. I declare herein that under Common Law, I am, as part of this membership CLUB, independent of any governmental food regulations and health and food regulative bodies. Therefore, I am out of the jurisdiction of any governmental department and its regulations. Any attempt by any governmental body to hinder or stop distribution, regulate food preparation, packaging or labeling for this CLUB does so illegally and is tortiously interfering and denying me the ability to obtain the preferred food and depriving me of my common-law rights. Accordingly, I refuse to testify against the CLUB and any and all members of this CLUB in any governmental investigation, proceeding, meeting, conference, report or conversation. I will NOT hold any member(s) of this CLUB or, or the CLUB itself, or the CLUB members collectively, or the members and the CLUB collectively, liable for any event(s) or circumstance(s) resulting from my membership, dealings, or interactions with this CLUB and any of its members, including, but not limited to; ANY injury on CLUB member(s) or Host or Hosting locations property while picking up my order(s) and any illness resulting from, but not limited too, the consumption of, contact with, or the vapor inhalation of, any and all products and services obtained from this CLUB. I testify that I will keep any and all of my dealings with this CLUB, its members, and its memberships private and confidential. Therefore, I will not volunteer any information pertaining to this CLUB, its members and/or its memberships to anyone or anything, including but not limited to, government agents, government agencies, audio or video recording devices, with the exceptions of private family, private friends and other sovereign(s) that, in “good faith,” are interested in joining this CLUB for the purpose of obtaining healthy food.
ATTENTION UNDERCOVER AGENTS, SPIES, and INFORMANTS:
Furthermore, I fully agree that, at any time, while my membership is active and for twenty years after its expiration, if I take any action(s) to, collect, relay or transmit, information to/from a government agent, agency or body, for the purpose(s) of a government investigation, proceeding, meeting, conference, report or conversation, including but not limited to the signing of this document with intention to collect information, or perform any other action(s) resulting in: 1) Government harassment of CLUB member(s) and/or CLUB boarding farmer(s); 2) Government induced impairment, whether by threat or enforcement, of any CLUB member(s) from obtaining their private food property; 3) Government induced impairment, whether by threat or enforcement, of any CLUB boarding farmer(s) from performing their boarding obligations; I Fully agree to be Personally Liable as a result of my actions as describe herein, and I agree to pay: 1) Damages to, each and every CLUB member and CLUB boarding farmer for each and every: 1-1) harassment occurrence; 1-2) private food property CLUB member acquisition impairment occurrence; 1-3) CLUB boarding farmer boarding obligation impairment occurrence; 2) Full financial reimbursement, at a rate of 130% of retail, for all items seized and/or condemned; 3) All legal fees incurred by the defending member(s) and farmer(s) of this CLUB; 4) Any related personal loss suffered by CLUB members and/or CLUB boarding farmers, including but not limited to loss of time and pain and suffering.
The Terms of this Agreement are subject to change or revision without notice.
I am consciously acting on my own freewill and with clear mind and thought. I join this CLUB in “good faith,” and for the sole purpose of obtaining healthy food.
By my agreement below with payment of ($35.00) per 1 year Membership, I join this membership and testify that I have thoroughly read and agree to all of the above. This agreement bestows to me an undivided interest in dairy herd(s)and flock(s), poultry flock(s), beef herd(s), pork herd(s), sheep flock(s), goat herd(s) and all products acquired for distribution amongst the members. Renewal of my membership, with fee, will be due every year from the date of purchase.
I AS A SOVEREIGN PERSON (PERSONS) ATTEST THAT I AM OF CLEAR MIND, BODY AND SPIRIT, THAT I AM AN ADULT 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, AND AGREE TO ALL THE TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT SET FORTH ABOVE.
