It Is The Nature Of Round To Be Tough
Round Steak is usually either:
1. Ground- as in Ground Round
2.Run through a tenderizing machine that literally slices and punches tiny holes into the meat fiber yielding
Cube Steak
3. Pounded with a mallet to about 1/4 of its original thickness for cutlets or Country Fried Steak- or Swiss Steak
